Haimshop has been my number one and only go-to vendor for over two years. In the past, I would order from so many different vendors. There were some I had no issues with, and some were beyond disappointing when it came to their customer service, pricing, shipping speed, and sometimes inadequate quality of their products. There are so many anti-aging pharmaceutical-grade product vendors from Korea these days… it’s not only daunting but very stressful until you receive your delivery. I always used to worry that my order would get stuck in customs for whatever reason and that I would have to deal with the headache of trying to get a refund from the vendor. Ever since I’ve been ordering with Irina from Haim, I never ever stress whether I would receive my order in time. In fact, I receive my orders sooner than expected. I used to spend hours and hours surfing the internet comparing different vendors' pricing, policies, shipping, and inventory of the latest and best products offered. These days, I don’t need to anymore because I’ve done enough research to know that Haim is a completely legit vendor with authentic products directly sourced from its manufacturers. I don’t understand when I see negative and shady comments sometimes. I have to assume it’s probably Haim’s jealous and insecure competitors that are shady. If there’s anyone who has had a negative experience with Haim, I urge you to try again and ask for Irina. She is the sweetest and most caring SP. I tend to have a lot of questions and requests sometimes, and every time, Irina has kindly accommodated my needs efficiently. I absolutely adore her and hope to meet her soon when I visit Korea, and this is why I had to write this long review. I am and never have been someone to take time to write reviews, but I felt I had to because Haim’s integrity and Irina’s customer service excellence are very rare.

Over the past two years, Haimshop has become my only trusted vendor for anti-aging products, and I can't imagine ordering anywhere else. Before discovering Haim, I tried several other suppliers. Some were decent, but many were a hassle to deal with, from high prices and slow shipping to inconsistent product quality and poor customer support. In a market crowded with Korean pharmaceutical-grade vendors, it’s overwhelming to find one you can rely on completely. There was always this lingering worry that my order might get held up in customs, and the nightmare of dealing with a refund would follow.

Since switching to Haim and working with Irina, I no longer have these concerns. Not only do my orders arrive safely, but they’re also often faster than expected, which is a huge relief. I used to spend hours comparing prices, shipping policies, and product offerings across various vendors. Thankfully, those days are behind me—Haim has proven to be a legitimate and reliable source with products directly from manufacturers.

When I see any negative feedback about Haim, I honestly don’t get it. My guess is that it’s likely from competitors trying to undermine a quality vendor. If anyone has had a less-than-perfect experience, I’d suggest reaching out to Irina personally. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. I’m sure she’ll resolve any issue with care.

I rarely write reviews, but after such consistently outstanding service from Haim and Irina, I felt compelled to share my experience. It’s tough to find this level of integrity and dedication, and I genuinely look forward to meeting her in person on my next trip to Korea.
