How To apply Anesten Topical Anesthetic Cream
Wash the area receiving laser treatment with soap and water. Dry area completely.
Apply a thick amount of numbing cream to the area and rub in thoroughly.
Place an additional, thin layer of cream over the area.
Cover the cream with plastic wrap (saran wrap). The heat under the plastic wrap helps activate the cream. and keeps the cream form drying off.
Leave the plastic wrap on until it is removed by the professional before the procedure.
Tips & Warnings: Leave the cream on the skin longer for better result. Don't remove the saran wrap until you feel the numbing effect.

Anesten is used for a variety of dermal applications such as needle injections, tattooing, body piercing, laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, body waxing, and other dermatological procedures.
Topical anesthesia is a condition of temporary numbness caused by applying a substance directly to a surface of the body. Loss of feeling occurs in the specific area touched by the anesthetic substance.
Topical anesthesia typically either relieves existing pain from a body surface or prevents pain during medical examinations or procedures. Body surfaces include both skin and mucous membranes, which are the moist linings of areas such as the inside of the mouth or nose. Occasionally, use of a topical anesthetic may help clarify whether a patient's pain comes from a body surface, which the substance is able to touch, or from deeper structures beyond the reach of the substance. A mucous membrane, an area of skin, or areas just beneath the skin's surface temporarily lose feeling during topical anesthesia.
Topical anesthetic medications must be selected carefully and used in proper amounts in order to prevent harmful reactions. For instance, some topical drugs should be used only on intact skin to avoid rapid absorption into the body.
Overall, topical anesthesia tends to be very safe. Minor problems might include discoloration of the skin at the application site or an uncomfortable feeling of numbness that lasts longer than expected. Repeated use of a topical anesthetic on a damaged eye surface may interfere with the normal healing process.

Please make sure to cover tightly when not in use, otherwise anesthetic effect can be less.

1. Use thick amount of the cream on the treatment area.
2. Use plastic wrap to cover the cream on the treatment area.
3. Lidocaine is volatile ingredient so you should cover them with the plastic wrap to help absorbing the lidocaine into the skin.
4. After 30~60 minutes, remove plastic wrap and the cream as well. Leave the cream on the skin longer for better result. Don't remove the plastic wrap until you feel the numbing effect.
5. As soon as you remove them, go to the operation right away.

Keep the return tracking number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse and send this tracking number to our customer service representative. Please note we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries, you are responsible for all shipping costs, and therefore, are non-refundable. To start a return, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, order number, and reason for return. If you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow the instructions provided in the email. Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition in its original packaging.
2. Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it at your own cost. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund based on the original method of payment. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will receive the credit within the time period designated by or according to your card issuer’s policies. Haim International reserves the right to approve, reject, partially approve refunds at its discretion. Lost return shipments will not be refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
INCORRECT ITEM: If you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com and include the details of your order within 3 days after receiving the order so we may assist you. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: If you discover any defects or missing parts for reasons due to manufacturers’ error, please contact Customer Service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include order details, and submit pictures and/or videos showing the defect. If it is determined to be defective, we will replace the product or issue a refund.
We kindly remind you to attach the necessary documentation so your order may be processed in a timely fashion. If you fail to provide any of the requested information, your request will be declined. We will assess each case one by one and either replace the product or issue a refund.
4. Change & Cancellation
Once your order is processed and fulfilled in the warehouse, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com with your order number for more information.
In rare situations, packages may be held in customs. If a package is stopped in customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it resent to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the amount of the products less shipping costs. Please note: We will only issue a refund if we receive the returned package - we do not take responsibility for seized goods.
6. Delivery Failure
If a package is returned to our warehouse because it could not be delivered (either because you were unable to claim the package or refused delivery) we can resend the package for an additional shipping fee or issue a refund less original shipping costs once we receive the undeliverable package.

It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
