Yes. In addition to our South Korean bank account, we provide bank accounts in the U.S., Europe, the UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Japan, and the UAE for business accounts.

Some banks or card providers may temporarily reserve the amount after an order is placed. This does not always mean the payment has been fully captured.
If an order is cancelled or payment is not completed, the pending amount is usually released by your card provider according to their processing timeline.
This means the purchase has not been completed.
Orders are automatically canceled if payment is not completed within 3 weeks, or 21 calendar days, after placing the order, or if the card payment popup is closed or payment fails during checkout.
Orders & Invoices
Your invoice is automatically generated once payment made. You can find your purchase data in your page.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add products to an existing order once it has been processed. However, we always do our best to accommodate product requests if the order has not yet been handled. If your order has already been processed, you will need to place a new, separate order.
If your order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped, we will do our best to assist you. Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or delivered, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds may be limited unless there is a valid reason.
Orders are automatically canceled if payment is not completed within 3 weeks, or 21 calendar days, after placing the order. To prevent cancellation, please ensure timely payment using one of our accepted payment methods and complete the transaction securely.
If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with available options.
Depending on the situation, you may be able to wait for restock, exchange the item, or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
VAT, Taxes & Business Verification
It's because Haim Aesthetics is a forwarding B2B Korean aesthetic products provider and we supply sophisticated Korean aesthetic solutions to business entity partners.
All prices displayed on our website exclude domestic taxes and duties.
As the importer, you may be required to pay import duties, customs fees, local sales taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges imposed by your country to release your order from customs.
The buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with local import rules, taxes, duties, and customs requirements in the destination country.

If customs request product-related documentation, please contact us. We will assist with relevant documents.
However, customs clearance, import approval, and local regulatory requirements remain the responsibility of the importer/customer.
If your package is held by customs, please contact your local customs office to confirm what is required for release.
As the importer, you are responsible for understanding your country’s customs rules and regulations. If your package is detained by customs, please contact your local customs office to either:
- Pay any required duties, taxes, or fees to release the package; or
- Reject it and authorize its return to us.
We do not take responsibility for seized goods or losses due to non-compliance with local regulations.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped after account approval, payment confirmation, and stock availability.
We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Orders received on weekends will be processed and shipped on the following working day, excluding Korean national holidays.
Delivery typically takes 3–10 working days from dispatch. Generally, if there are no flight or customs delays, delivery to the United States and the United Kingdom via DHL/FedEx takes approximately 3 business days.
We provide a tracking number for each shipment via email.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, package volume, and shipping method.
You can check the approximate shipping cost at checkout by entering your country and the products you would like to order. The cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order and listed on your invoice.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the courier’s website.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it’s being returned to our warehouse, please contact Customer Service at haim@haimintl.com for assistance.
If your tracking has not updated or your package appears delayed, please contact us at haim@haimintl.com. We will review the shipment status and, when necessary, open an investigation or case with the courier or shipping partner. We may ask you for a proof for an investigation upon courier's request.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, courier delays, holidays, and local regulations.
Returns, Claims & Refunds
Due to the nature of professional derma-aesthetic products, returns and exchanges are generally limited.
Returns may be accepted when:
- The wrong product was delivered;
- The product arrived damaged; or
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Products must remain unused, unopened, and stored according to product instructions.
To request a return or exchange, please contact Customer Service at haim@haimintl.com and provide:
- Your order number;
- A photo of the product box, including the batch number;
- A photo of the product;
- Photos or videos demonstrating the damage and issue; and
- A detailed description of the issue.
Product return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery with supporting evidence.
Please note:
- We will not replace items when any product has been used.
- Results may vary from person to persons; so returns based on results are not accepted.
- Before returning any products, contact Customer Service at haim@haimintl.com for instructions.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will do our best to accommodate your request.
Refunds generally take 5 to 20 working days to complete, depending on the payment provider, bank, and country.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees, handling fees, customs fees, duties, and local taxes are generally not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or confirmed by Haim Aesthetics.
Account
If you update any information on your approved account, such as address, contact details, or company details, we will re-evaluate your details within 24 working hours. We may ask you for a verification if necessary.
If you forget your password, please contact Customer Service at haim@haimintl.com. Note that each customer is limited to one account; additional accounts will be declined to maintain security and
compliance.
Accounts may be declined, if the submitted document is incomplete.
