This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges, and handling of damaged, incorrect, or undeliverable items purchased through our website (http://www.haimaesthetics.com). Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase, as all returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Returns
Return Period
Haim International offers a 30-day return policy from the date your package is successfully delivered, as confirmed by our courier’s tracking information. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return, refund, or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) must accompany the returned merchandise.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect (see Section 3).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
- Only items purchased directly from www.haimintl.com are eligible for return; third-party purchases are not accepted.
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Clearance or discontinued items.
- Items damaged during transit (please refer to Section 3 for damaged items).
- To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team at haim@haimintl.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the return.
- If approved, we will provide instructions via email. You must return the item(s) in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx) and retaining the tracking number. Haim International does not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) returns, and you are responsible for all shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Haim International reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and to validate and approve returns at our discretion, monitoring for potential abuse.
2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it at your own expense, subject to the conditions in Section 1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the receipt and status of your return.

Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect—see Section 3). Refunds will be processed within the timeframe designated by your payment provider (e.g., credit card issuer or bank policies), typically 5–10 business days after approval.

Discretion: Haim International reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially approve refunds at our sole discretion. Lost return shipments will not be refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact Customer Service at haim@haimintl.com within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order details (e.g., order number, product description). We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including coverage of return shipping costs, at our discretion.

Defective Products: If you discover defects or missing parts due to manufacturing errors, please contact Customer Service immediately at haim@haimintl.com, including your order details and submitting clear photos and/or videos showing the defect. If verified as defective, we will replace the product or issue a refund, including return shipping costs, at our discretion.
- Documentation: You must provide all requested information (e.g., order details, photos, videos) promptly to facilitate timely processing. Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of your request. Each case will be evaluated individually to determine the appropriate resolution (replacement or refund).
4. Changes & Cancellations
- Order Modifications: Once your order is processed and fulfilled in our warehouse, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before submission. For inquiries, contact Customer Service at haim@haimintl.com with your order number for assistance.
5. Customs

Customs Delays: In rare cases, packages may be held or detained by customs in your destination country. If this occurs, you must contact your local customs office to either pay any required duties, taxes, or fees to release the package or reject it and authorize its return to us.
- Refund for Returned Packages: If the package is returned to us due to customs rejection, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus original and return shipping costs, upon receipt and inspection of the returned package. We do not take responsibility for goods seized by customs or lost due to non-compliance with local regulations.
6. Delivery Failure

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to our warehouse because it could not be delivered (e.g., unclaimed, refused delivery, or incorrect address), we offer two options:
• Reshipment: We can resend the package for an additional shipping fee.
• Refund: We will issue a refund for the product cost, minus original shipping costs, once we receive and inspect the undeliverable package.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and availability at the delivery location. We are not liable for delivery failures due to customer-provided errors or changes during transit unless coordinated with our Customer Service team.
